On Friday, February 24th, I will speak at the Drug Information Association annual conference, which focuses on advertising and promotion. The topic of my presentation is Innovation in Promotional Review. SecureCHEK AI is pleased to address the current state of review and share a case study of our software that is used to increase MLR efficiencies.

There is more content than ever coming into MLR.
Everyone is focused on personalization, content enablement, and modular content to persuade customers to move through the buying journey and increase customer loyalty. The surge in content creation strains resources (reviewer capacity) while pressure mounts to do more with less—and do it faster.

How to adapt? Use automation with AI to flip the model where agencies, not MLR, change their process. 

Currently, checking materials for compliance is executed at the end of the process. We need to flip the model to make compliant content the starting point, not the end game.

As more promotional agencies embrace AI, there will be less pressure on MLR to change its workflow to navigate our new world. Whether it’s derivative assets or modular content, reviewers will edit less because they are confident that materials satisfy basic compliance requirements. Now, MLR can focus on strategic priorities and policy-making.
