Leading Agency Overcomes Potential Barriers For Personalization at Scale with AI

I was chatting with Tristan Reid, the Engagement Director at Ward7, part of Asia-Pacific's leading healthcare agency group. The topic was omnichannel strategy, marketing technology, and customer journey design.

Tristan highlighted that traditional agency production models lead to escalating costs with the increasing number of assets, presenting a challenge for clients aiming to create a large number of content variations for delivering hyper-personalized materials.

“Existing processes are linear. While this gives marketers control, with each individual piece created bespoke and individually customized from the initial copy creation stage to the final dispatch phase, this presents potential barriers when seeking to increase the volume of compliant-content production.”

To address this issue, the agency has embedded SecureCHEK AI-powered technology into the Ward7 workflow.  Metrics collected include the impact of automation on speeding up the time to create libraries and design assets (30% reduction in design time with automation), increasing capacity for generating more work for the same budget.

Tristan explained how SecureCHEK AI will revolutionize the way pharmaceutical companies approach content production and MLR review. He presented additional data at the annual DIA Ad/Prom Conference on a panel on Innovation in Promotional Review. Click here to see the full presentation.
